RE: THE DOWN UNDER Wonder®Shower
Gentlemen:
I simply had to write and tell you of my utter delight and more than absolute satisfaction with your product, the Down Under
Wonder®Shower.
Several months ago I purchased this shower for my husband, who stand 6'4", as a birthday gift. He was out of town working on location when it arrived. Not being extremely adept when it comes to home improvements, I nevertheless oozed into the bathroom carrying the prescribed tools (trepidation in my heart) and proceeded to follow your directions. Victory! I actually installed that shower with no difficulty! (My reaction was a little "Forrest
Gumplike" in that I was so surprised I'd installed the thing so easily. I turned it off, on, off, on, off, on and then jumped in and took a shower, running the Down Under Wonder™ through its paces.)
I love that the arm is so easily adjustable me standing a puny 5'5" to my husband - and the adjustability of the head itself makes it especially easy to aim the shower head just so after a long hard day to ease the kinks and knots in my shoulders and back.
By the way, my husband loves it, too. Now he no longer has to crouch and emerges from the shower relaxed, refreshed and renewed. He, too, is able to aim the water just so to relieve the day's torture. It's a miracle.
Thanks for making such a fine product and know we'll be purchasing more for our friends and family as the Christmas season is fast upon us.
What more can I say? You're the greatest in all the land.

It's not often I write "thank you" letters on my father's behalf, but in this instance the thank you'' comes from both of us.
Two years ago my father suffered permanent disabilities in a farming accident--he was run over by a tractor. Prior to finding your shower head, showering was a painful ordeal for him. He had to turn and twist his body to accommodate the awkward fixed-position angled shower head. Now, your adjustable "Down Under Wonder™" accommodates him.
The versatility of the shower head allows him to set the position exactly where he needs it--directly overhead-minimizing his physical movement. The ease of adjustment makes it easy for each member of the family to choose their preferred height and angle from adult to child. Another great feature is the water flowing from all those tiny holes. It's like standing in a tropical rain shower.
Enclosed is my order for 2 additional shower heads. Thank you for such a practical improvement in showering.
